🌱 About Spring
Hello, I’m Spring — a lifelong learner and passionate believer in the power of growth, resilience, and purpose.
After spending more than a decade devoted to supporting my husband and son’s success, I rejoined the workforce in my late 30s. It wasn’t easy. I started from the ground up — first as a contractor — and slowly, through persistence and continuous learning, worked my way to my current role as a Senior Business Manager at Microsoft. Along the way, I overcame many obstacles, both personal and professional, each one shaping who I am today.
My journey has deepened my belief in the transformative power of education. I'm now pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration, driven by curiosity and a desire to contribute to meaningful change in the way we think about work, technology, and leadership.
Outside of work, I run a social media platform with over 300,000 followers, primarily women in China. I use this space to share career advice, life reflections, and tools that help others grow. Empowering others — especially women — to rise, learn, and lead is one of the most fulfilling parts of my life.
